About the Property

Perched on the bluff with Columbia River views both east and west for miles. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets, sunny days and starlit skies both on the stone patios and inside the glass house. Wind foilers, kite boarders, tug boats, people on sail boats, water skiers and kayakers dot the water while eagles and osprey own the sky.

This house has a wall of glass on every level with tall doors opening to make the main room and dining area seem like they are hovering in space with an eagle eye view. This is a spectacular special place to enjoy from May to October 2026.

The main level has a comfortable seating arrangement for the views and conversation with an open plan. Dining for eight is near the gourmet kitchen that has a gas range, stainless steel appliances and an island. Cooking and serving ware is at hand to cook a special dinner. On the south side of the kitchen is a porch enclosed with glass for a calm space on a windy day. Riverside there is a stone patio with stone steps leading to a gas grill and seating area.

The primary suite has tall glass doors that open to a rock patio with a sunken wood hot tub. A perfect place to soak and watch the world on the water and in the sky. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and vanity.

Upstairs is an office with a window wall and a live edge wood slab for a desk. There is a queen bed and full bath to enjoy. Another bedroom and bath is adjacent with a queen bed. In total there are three private suites. There is an ADU with a private entrance that is locked and reserved for the owners on the rare occasion they visit the Gorge.

A double garage has room for a car and sports equipment. There is an electric charging station – not for Teslas. Laundry/mudroom leads inside the house. Parking is on the driveway but please do not park in the paved area with large rocks which is the fire truck turn-around.

Due to the bluff location this property is unsafe for children under 12 years old.
