The northwest facing master suite has a king bed with an exterior door leading to a large covered patio overlooking the yard and a beautiful boulder fountain with a view of Mt. Hood in the distance. The en suite offers a large shower, large soaking tub, heated towel rack and an exterior door leading from the bathroom to a private covered area with a hot tub. A short distance down the hall, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and an unattached full bathroom nestled in between the two bedrooms.
The northeast facing master suite has a king bed with an exterior door leading to a large covered patio with private sitting area overlooking the yard. The en suite bath has a tub/shower combo. A nearby half bath works great for your guests staying upstairs. The upstairs loft area has been converted into a 5 twin bed bunkroom. – a perfect place for a ski team or grandkids.
Laundry is on the main floor and has table to tune and wax skis waiting for you. A triple car garage offers plenty of storage for sports equipment and cars. Large fenced yard located off the garage.

Please note: This house is nestled in a working Orchard. No guests or pets are allowed access to the Orchard or adjacent shop on the property at anytime due to agriculture regulations and homeowners request.
