Vacation Guests

Vacation stays can be booked online or by calling us at (541) 387-2361.

  • Check in is 3pm. If you need an early or late check in please inquire.
  • Check out is 11am.
  • Communicate with Guest Services three ways:
  • If your stay is more than 7 days, linen service will be scheduled. Staff changes sheets, towels, refreshes your supply of toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, dish soaps etc. Charges range from $55-95 depending on the size of the house and is the guests responsibility.

30 Days+ Guests

Call us directly at (541) 387-2361 to reserve a home. We will help you find the right place to best meet your needs. A lodging contract will be emailed to you for signatures and payment to secure the property.

  • Check in is 3pm. If you need an early or late check in please inquire.
  • Check out is 11am.
  • Payments to be made online and are due by the 5th of each month.
  • Linen service is scheduled weekly. Staff changes sheets, towels, refreshes your supply of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, dish soaps etc. Charges range from $55-95, depending on the size of the house, and is the guests responsibility.
  • Some, not all, owners will allow guests to bring their own linens if they are staying longer than 60 days. If you choose to bring your own linens there will be a $55-95 charge, depending on the size of the home, to remove the linens, paper products, soap, etc from the home. Monthly inspections are scheduled by staff to ensure the home is safe and there is no damage.

Guest FAQs

A code will be texted to you 24 hours prior to arrival.  Alternatively, you may come by our office in the Oak Street Hotel building at 610 Oak St.  Hood River.

Lock all doors and windows. Turn off the lights. Rinse dishes. Starting a full dishwasher is appreciated. Place the key in the lockbox or drop it by our office. Check-out time is by 11 am. 

Sometimes later checkouts, for an additional fee, or added days can be arranged by request.

Guests are responsible to pick up and discard all pet waste in designated trash receptacles.  Pets should never be left alone in the house or yard during your stay. Please control barking dogs.  Pets should be on a leash when leaving the property.

Lost or keys not returned on checkout have a $50 charge.

A Damage Waiver fee is included in the total cost of all reservations. The fee varies per reservation depending on the type of accommodation and the length of stay. This fee is not insurance. The fee protects you from incurring expenses related to accidental damage to the property you have rented during your stay provided damage is disclosed to lodging staff prior to your checkout.


Why a Damage Waiver Fee?
This fee is for minor incidents with damage less than $1,500 offering protections without a large deposit. There are no credit card holds or canceled check fees to worry about.


What is the cost of the Damage Waiver Fee?
$50 for short-term vacation homes
$250 for 30 Day+ homes for each stay of up to 6 months


What is included?
Minor accidental damage like scratches on doors, floors, walls, broken dishes, spills, and stains. Each registered guest is protected and will not be obligated to pay for the reported incidences of accidental damage up to $1,500. Accidental damage must be promptly reported during your stay.

Intentional or careless damage to the unit reserved
Damage discovered by management after checkout
Damage to personal items
Loss or theft
Damage caused by any person other than your registered guests

Take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage
Promptly report damage to management
Provide management with documentation of damage in writing and photos to

You are responsible for all damage to your rental unit and its contents occurring during your stay not covered by the Damage Waiver. Your credit card will be charged for any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.
