About the Property
Wide open view of the Gorge, Columbia River, Mt. Hood and Hood River from both levels of this 1,700sq.ft modern house in White Salmon. Park on the bridge to enter the top level into one large room. The kitchen has a lovely orange Italian gas stove. Enjoy making morning coffee looking out the east facing picture window for the sunrise. Relax in the comfortable chairs looking at Mt. Hood and the river. At night enjoy the lights of Hood River while you sit by the gas fireplace. If you need a space to work there is an office and half bath.
Downstairs in the master bedroom and bath with great views. The den is a comfortable space to relax. An exterior set of stairs take you to a covered deck and access to the hot tub. The swim tank portion will be drained for the winter.
The large garage window door on the main floor will be closed in the winter for warmth. Views are still spectacular!
Walk to the brew pubs and restaurants in White Salmon. Take a short drive to Hood River. You can even head up to downhill ski at Mt. Hood or cross country ski at Mt. Adams.
